Shipping Policy

At checkout you can see which delivery services reach your address and what they cost for the Supergoop! items in your basket. Rates and availability are determined by the destination and selected service, not by the footer's card artwork.

Before and after dispatch

We usually process a successfully authorized order in 1–2 business days. The subsequent carrier journey is estimated at 4–6 business days. Count these stages separately; neither is a promise of delivery on a particular day. Weekends and relevant holidays are not business days.

Follow the parcel

Enter a complete and accurate address. When a tracking reference is supplied, carrier scans show its progress, although updates can lag behind physical movement.

Ask about a problem

If the box is damaged, tracking is stalled, the parcel appears lost, or it says delivered before you receive it, email ubivinuva296@gmail.com. Send the order number, checkout email, available tracking and useful images; we will review the case with the relevant delivery service.
